Allienne Becker
I am a retired university professor, having taught for the State System of Higher Education for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. My doctorate is in Comparative Literature from the Pennsylvania State University. I also have two M.A. degrees from West Virginia University—one in German Literature and the other in French Literature. I enjoyed teaching my classes in Science Fiction, Fantasy Fiction, and Horror Fiction as well as foreign language classes. I published three scholarly books with Greenwood Press—The Divine and Human Comedy of Andrew M. Greeley, The Lost Worlds Romance: From Dawn ‘til Dusk, and Visions of the Fantastic. I have also published many other books including biographies and fiction, which are available on amazon.com and barnesandnobel.com. I enjoy travel very much and have traveled extensively. I am listed in Marquis' Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.
